VisitDallas

Description:
Through a partnership with Odyssey Storyworks, VisitDallas wanted to develop the Margarita Mile story through authentic videos. But not just any videos. Using an app called Cinebody, VisitDallas collaborates with Margarita Mile guests who submit their videos through the app. VisitDallas is the first DMO to use this app that relies on user-directed content. User-directed content not only gives VisitDallas the ability to request specific shots but promotes collaboration through the app that thrives off of digital storytelling.

Objective:
The core objective was to collect user submitted videos throughout the campaign that started in May and will end in January of 2018. Each month, VisitDallas will collect the authentic, user submitted videos in order to create fresh content that will be redistributed and shared publicly each month. The monthly videos are critical as they are being used to generate more video submissions and general awareness around the Margarita Mile. At the end of the campaign, the videos will be edited into one final, 2-3 minute compilation video created exclusively by Margarita Mile participants.

San Marcos Convention & Visitor Bureau

Description:
The San Marcos Convention & Visitor Bureau wanted to use video as a medium to highlight the vibrant and varied live music scene in San Marcos. From quaint coffee shops to the 709-seat Performing Arts Center, historic honky-tonks to state-of-the-art concert halls, San Marcos is home to more than 30 venues of all sizes, atmospheres and genres.

Objective:
Increased video library for promotions across social media platforms and in digital advertising. Showcase the live music scene in San Marcos as varied, atmospheric and vast.
