With so many conventions and meetings being cancelled or pushed to a later date, Visit The Woodlands knew that as the year went on there would be a need for a limited number of events and meetings to move forward in varying destinations. With most planners not traveling for traditional site tours, Visit The Woodlands developed Virtual Site Tour videos of our 3 largest properties so we could ensure Meeting Planners had access to the feel and layout of the properties they were considering for business. This is a tool that the sales team uses daily during the selling process and has been a tool that has helped lock in business during this time.
