Description:
The Baker Hotel can be seen from miles away in any direction and was once a thriving resort hotel. Today the dilapidated Baker is a reminder of what the city once was. We built and produced a self-guided walking tour that is truly a landmark attraction. It uses outdoor signage to take visitors on a trip down memory lane of the history, attractions, and wonderful things that Mineral Wells has to offer. The end product turned an eyesore into an exciting visitor attraction!

Objective:
Our objective for this project was to increase tourism traffic to our downtown district as well as help beautify the old, vacated hotel in the center of downtown while educating tourists about the many offerings in Mineral Wells.
