Each digital page features a magazine-style course overview with detailed specs and amenities. The guide also offers travel-planning tools such as regional climate and average monthly precipitation, local transportation options, nearby accommodations, and digital resources. Objectives: The way travelers plan trips has changed significantly, with more individuals looking online for their next adventure. Affluent golfers are no exception, booking trips from their laptop or mobile devices after work. Developed as an interactive online resource, the Golfer’s Guide is available around the clock to serve vacation planners. The guide highlights exceptional golf experiences in The Colony while simplifying the planning process – helping individuals select the best travel times based on typical monthly temperatures and precipitation, offering maps and digital travel resources, and encouraging travelers to stay at nearby hotels with desired amenities. The digital format allows for regular updates, accommodating the overwhelming growth in The Colony, and minimizes publishing expenses. The Golfer’s Guide is easily shared through a link or saved onto existing custom Visit The Colony USB drives and distributed to our partners. Current digital files can be printed for display at expos, conferences, and sales outings.

Project Costs: Zero cash out of pocket. The only expense associated with this project is the in-house labor - collecting updated information, designing layouts, and proofing pages. Costs to print and bind in the future are minimal at less than $15 per piece.

Visit Mansfield

Description: Mansfield, Texas has grown as an outdoor destination for Sporting events and with the addition of the Stars Center we wanted to highlight our newest sports facility that had a colder feel to it. We started by sending out updates to the opening with an altered logo featuring icicles, featured social media links referring to how "cool" Mansfield is becoming and finally having an ice video.

Objectives: Advertise new facility to sports directors that focus on ice related events.A fun video for residents to drum up excitement on a controversial facility.
