One new sports video listing the city's facility inventory to complement another video that takes folks on a 3-D tour of the facility. Thirty-second video is on the website, used in targeted digital advertising, on YouTube and and in ACVB placements throughout the digital universe.

Increase awareness about the new youth sports facility to open soon, as well as inform sports planners about all of the city's facilities.

BCS Sports + Events created 40 custom Track & Field bibs as announcements for the opening of E.B. Cushing Stadium. The custom piece was mailed to Track & Field contacts nationwide in a low-cost, creative effort to generate interest in the opening of the $39 million dollar track & field facility. The bib was accompanied by a specs sheet and business card within a customized envelope. The campaign generated multiple leads and strengthened relationships with existing clients.

1. To generate interest in the opening of E.B. Cushing Stadium.
2. To generate leads for Track & Field events for sales staff.
3. To strengthen relationships with Track & Field event owners.
