Amarillo Convention & Visitor Council

Description:
The Amarillo CVC created a custom attendance booster video for the Texas Shriners showcasing our new Double-A baseball stadium and many other things to do in Amarillo while they are here. In order to add a personal element, ACVC sales manager Ashley Gutierrez (who booked the business) and servicing director Stephanie Andrews (who maintained customer relations for the Shriners) were featured in the video.

Objective:
Boost attendance for the Texas Shriners convention using a personal touch.

Meet In Denton Video & Print Campaign.The concept was created in-house, the videography was done by an agency. The print ad was done by a third party agency.A true co-op effort.

Visit The Woodlands

Description:
In 2018, Visit The Woodlands underwent a branding study to create a new brand story and identity. Following this, staff began efforts to update all marketing collateral include the Meeting Planner Guide. The 23-page guide was redesigned to more accurately reflect VTW’s new brand identity while also providing information to meeting planners looking to host a meeting or event in The Woodlands.

Objective:
A resource for meeting planners, The Woodlands Meeting Planner Guide highlights hotels and unique meeting venues along with events and experiences convention goers can expect in The Woodlands. The guide also features details on Visit The Woodlands sales and servicing efforts, team building activities, group dining options, transportation information and more.
