Description: Wednesday Review: Creation of videos that are designed to highlight local venues, products and services of Beaumont, TX and promote the city as a meeting destination. The videos are posted biweekly to our FB page, @MeetBmt and Instagram, @VisitBeaumontTX.

Objectives: Create statewide and local awareness of what Beaumont has to offer as a meeting destination and a cost effective way to introduce and update our followers as to what’s new to our city. in addition, increase followers on Facebook and Instagram while driving traffic to our website, MEETBEAUMONT.COM.

Experience Bryan College Station

Description:

Morning Jo with Mo is a new Vlog starring two of Experience Bryan College Station's Convention Sales Managers. Each weekly episode is approximately 15-20 minutes and the hosts take a casual and raw approach to sharing information about the community and resources with the audience.

Objectives:

The project is shared weekly on our Meet in BCS Facebook Page and other digital platforms. In a time when making sales calls could be difficult, we chose to be vulnerable with meeting planners and show our true personalities. We hope that this project will allow us to better connect and build relationships with our clients and potential clients. The experience has also enabled us to build relationships with our partners by having conversations about their product or service and the promotion of their business.

We started during a budget freeze. We utilized resources already available to us. The only cost to the organization was the time spent videoing and editing.

Visit McAllen

Description:
Visit McAllen created an engaging booth activation to promote McAllen as a convention and meeting destination.

Objectives:
To engage meeting planners in a unique and memorable way while promoting all of the assets that make McAllen the premier convention destination of South Texas.
